Returning Products
If you wish to return an item you have ordered, we do not accept returns unless the item is faulty.
If there is a problem with the product, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will contact you by email or phone after confirming the details.
We will use the packaging materials during the exchange, so please do not discard them but keep them.

Return Policy
Please note that in case of returns or exchanges after the product has been shipped for reasons on your part (such as the size being different from what you expected, not liking the product, etc.), you will be charged a round-trip shipping fee plus a cancellation fee.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- Products that have been delivered more than 7 days ago
- Products that have become smelly, dirty, or scratched while in the customer's possession
- If the condition of the product (including accessories) when you return it to us is significantly different from when it was delivered
- Products with opened packaging (products where the packaging is part of the product)
- Sale items and other items that have a "Not eligible for return" statement on the product page
- If the product cannot be delivered because the size of the installation location is not secured
Refund Policy
After we receive the product, we will refund the product price and consumption tax. We will send you an email with details of the refund once the procedure is complete.
For payments made by credit card/PayPal: Refunds will be made via your credit card company.

Products ordered from the online store will be delivered by the following delivery companies.

- Delivery is generally made to your front door by a courier with one driver.
- We may ask you to help us unload the goods from the truck and carry them to your front door.
We ask for your understanding in advance that we will ask you to move items around within the room. - We ask that you assemble the product, unpack it, and dispose of the packaging materials.
- Please note that if the delivery address is on the third floor or higher and there is no elevator, depending on the size of the item we may only be able to deliver it to the eaves on the first floor.
- If you order two or more items, they may be delivered by different shipping companies.
- Products marked as "Product eligible for 2-person delivery" on the product page will be delivered by an unpacking and installation service. For unpacking and installation services, two delivery staff will set up the product in your room and take away the packaging materials. If you purchase a product that is eligible for 2-person delivery and a product that is not eligible for 2-person delivery, they will be delivered on separate services. For the "2-person delivery service (no unpacking and installation)," delivery is made to your front door, so we cannot accommodate product installation or removal of packaging materials.
