On the back there is a missing plaque from GEV Chapman & Son, the British piano specialist that performed the repair.
There are chipped polish spots and dents all over the piece, so it will be presented with a simple wax finish.

返品ポリシー
お客様のご都合（サイズが思っていた物と違う、お気に召さないなど）による商品発送後の返品・交換には往復送料＋キャンセル料金がかかりますので予めご了承いただきますようお願い申し上げます。

お客様のもとでニオイが付着したり、汚れ、キズが生じた商品
商品（付属品など）を弊社へご返送いただいた時の状態が、お届け時と大きく異なっていた場合
パッケージを開封した商品（パッケージが商品の一部となっている商品）
設置場所までのサイズが確保されておらず商品を搬入できなかった場合
返金について
商品の到着を確認したのち、商品代金・消費税をご返金します。返金の明細は手続き完了後にメールにてご案内します。
クレジットカード決済／PayPal決済の場合：クレジットカード会社経由でご返金します。 締日によっては一旦お引き落し後、翌月以降のご請求日にご返金となる場合がございますので予めご了承ください。

Delivery is generally made to your front door by a courier with one driver.
We may ask you to help us unload the goods from the truck and carry them to your front door. We ask for your understanding in advance that we will ask you to move items around within the room.
We ask that you assemble the product, unpack it, and dispose of the packaging materials.
Please note that if the delivery address is on the third floor or higher and there is no elevator, depending on the size of the item we may only be able to deliver it to the eaves on the first floor.
If you order two or more items, they may be delivered by different shipping companies.
Products marked as "Product eligible for 2-person delivery" on the product page will be delivered by an unpacking and installation service. For unpacking and installation services, two delivery staff will set up the product in your room and take away the packaging materials. If you purchase a product that is eligible for 2-person delivery and a product that is not eligible for 2-person delivery, they will be delivered on separate services. For the "2-person delivery service (no unpacking and installation)," delivery is made to your front door, so we cannot set up the product or take away the packaging materials. *Please note that there are some areas, such as Okinawa Prefecture, where we do not offer unpacking and installation of products or the ability to take away packaging materials.
Delivery is limited to domestic addresses.
Delivery will be made by our staff only to customers within Nagoya City.
